Students registering for Activities must have a current physical examination form submitted for the Athletic Trainer’s review before the student is authorized to participate in practice.

 

A Physical taken before 4/1/2022 is NOT valid

A Physical taken after 4/1/2022 is still valid for the 2022-23 school year

A Physical taken after 4/1/2023 is valid for the 2023-24 school year and the 2024-25 school year

 

Co-curricular activities require a participation fee. Participants involved in those activities will be required to pay a one time participation fee of $60 in grades 6-12 for the year. To make a payment please go to E-Funds and select activity fee.
